I really like how it fits on me, and the fact that it’s so lightweight and comfortable makes it even better.

I came across this brand at the Bib Expo of the New Delhi Marathon in Delhi in Feb 2026. I am always looking for that "perfect" running cap to address two key issues of mine as a balding runner in his late 50s:
a) A cap which is ultralight and has excellent sweat wicking capabilities and
b) A cap that can be stowed away in any form including crushing it completely
The Flo from TeRec ticks both boxes and its my go-to cap for all my outdoor runs now. I only wish that it came in more funky colors :-)

I've tried caps from multiple brands, and as a cap lover, I can honestly say this is one of the most comfortable caps I've worn for running and other outdoor activities.
Pros: super light weighted and easy to carry with the adjustable band to tighten up
Cons: so light weight that you might wanna hold on tight to your cap when the wind gods try to test their power

Very lightweight and breathable. It does not feel like I am wearing a cap at all. It’s the first cap I’ve purchased that I’ve not needed to keep removing to avoid itching. I use it on long runs and the color looks really nice from far. It is super easy to pack. Don’t have to worry about it taking to much space.
